Greys Anatomy: Issy/Alex & Derek/Meredith
House: Cameron/Chase & Cameron/House (this one was only recent.. but ooh the chemistry)
NCIS: Tony/Ziva
SVU: Elliot & Olivia

BUt my favourite all time duo in crime fighting is.. *drum roll*
